3. 'Add-a-day' Duration rates are*:
Type I: +$10 (per day)
Type II: $20 (per day)
Type III: $30 (per day)
Type IV: $40 (per day)
* Every third 'Add-a-day' is Free.
4. 'Over-night’ rates are charged for each over-night in October. 'Add-a-day' rates do not apply.
5. There is a non-refundable $20.00 Cancellation* fee for each rental line, which is paid in advance for the Reservation of the item(s). This amount is applied towards the final rental amount. In October, Reservation of each rental line is the full rental amount paid in full.
* Cancellation can be done either in person or via phone up to 6:00pm up to the day prior to delivery; after which the costume is subject to the full rental amount, regardless of whether the costume was picked-up or used.
~These items, at these times, are not available for Cancellation~:
a) Dr. Seuss-related costumes during the fifteen(15) days prior to and after 'Read Across America'(March 2nd).
b) St. Patrick's Day-related costumes during the fifteen(15) days prior to and after 'St. Patrick's Day' (March 17th).
c) Easter-related costumes during the fifteen(15) days prior to and after 'Easter Sunday'.
d) Independence Day costumes during the fifteen(15) days prior to and after 'Independence Day'.
e) Anything in October and through the first seven(7) days in November.
f) Thanksgiving-related costumes during the fifteen(15) days prior to and after 'Thanksgiving Day'.
g) Christmas-related costumes during December.
6. Damaged (including missing pieces) items result in a fee of the retail amount of the item (as listed on the security deposit area of the contract) less the amount paid on the items(s) from rental and/or late fees.
7. All transactions (purchases, rentals, late fees, etc.) are subject to TN sales tax.
