3. Prices listed in the store costume catalogs are ‘Over-night’ rates.
4. ‘Over-night’ rental rates may be adjusted. Adjustments rates:
Type I: ‘Same-day’: -$5* and ‘Add-a-day’: +$10 (per day).
Type II: ‘Same-day’: -$10 and ‘Add-a-day’: +$20 (per day)
Type III: ‘Same-day’: -$15 and ‘Add-a-day’: +$30 (per day)
Type IV: ‘Same-day’: -$20 and ‘Add-a-day’: +$40 (per day)
5. 'Same-day' is the nine hours between 9:00am through 6:00pm that the store is in operation, Monday through Saturday. Throughout most of the year 'Over-night' is defined as one day to the next, as early as 9:00am the first day until 6:00pm the next day (or Saturday to Monday). In October it is redefined in that we are open on Sunday, so a costume leaving on Saturday is due back on Sunday.
6. Rentals cannot be adjusted to ‘Same-day’ for "seasonal items" during Easter, during the month of October, or for "seasonal items" in December. ‘Over-night’ rates are charged for each over-night in October as 'Add-a-day' rates do not apply.
7. There is a non-refundable $20.00 cancellation fee for each costume, which is paid in advance for the reservation of the costume. This amount is applied towards the final rental amount. In October reservation is the rental amount paid in full.
Cancellation is up to 6:00pm on the day prior to delivery. After which the costume is subject to the full rental amount regardless of whether the costume was picked-up or used. In October, November and December there is no money returned for cancellation.
8. Damaged items result in a fee of the retail amount of the item (as listed on the security deposit area of the contract) less the amount paid on the items(s) from rental and/or late fees.
9. All transactions (purchases, rentals, late fees) are subject to TN sales tax.
